Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Thank you for placing an order with Rclub. We value your satisfaction and are here to assist you if you're not satisfied with any of our products. Please read our detailed cancellation and replacement policy carefully.

  1. Cancellation Policy

    Immediate Cancellation (Within 30 Minutes of Order Placement)

        • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting the "My Account" section on our website. This allows us to process your request promptly and ensure a hassle-free experience.

    Cancellation Before Shipment

        • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us via email at wecare@rclub.in or by calling us at 0120-6028111 between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. In this case, your order will be canceled, and we will refund the entire amount within 7-10 business days after processing your cancellation request.

    Cancellation After Shipment

      • If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at wecare@rclub.in or call us at 0120-6028111 (10 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). If the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, they may still attempt delivery. In such cases, kindly do not accept the delivery. Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging condition, we will refund your money within 10-15 business days. Please note, INR 35 will be charged as shipping or pickup fees for cancellations or exchanges after dispatch, and this amount will be deducted from your total refund.
  2. Replacement Policy

    Eligibility for Replacement

    You are entitled to a 100% replacement in the following cases:

    1. The product is faulty, defective, or damaged upon receipt.

    2. The item delivered does not match what was originally ordered.

    Please ensure the following conditions are met:

          • The product seal remains intact and is not tampered with.
          • All original packaging material is retained. Opening the product seal will be considered as product usage and acceptance, which will nullify the eligibility for replacement.

    Before Accepting Shipment

        • Before accepting the delivery, ensure the item is not physically damaged and matches the description provided on the product detail page. If you notice any issues, refuse the delivery and immediately contact our customer service team at 0120-6028111 (10 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) or email us at wecare@rclub.in.

    Conditions for Return

    To return any products sold through our platform, you must adhere to the following conditions:

          • You must have the item receipt or proof of purchase at the time of pickup.
          • Notify Rclub of any damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so within the stipulated time period will result in Rclub not being liable for the return or replacement.
          • Retain the original packaging, labels, and invoices in the same condition as received.
          • If more than 30% of the product has been used, discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, no refund or replacement will be issued.
          • Rclub will arrange a pickup of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product through our logistics partner within 3-5 business days of the replacement request and our acceptance. The item should be readily available for pickup. If the pickup attempt fails twice, the reverse pickup request will be canceled, and the product complaint will be considered closed.

    Special Instructions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    To ensure a smooth process for any claims related to damaged or incorrect orders, please follow these steps:

          • Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video should begin from the point you start opening the package and should show a thorough inspection of the order.
          • Ensure the video covers all sides of the package and is taken from a distance to fully capture the unboxing process. The video must be continuous with no pauses or cuts.
          • After unboxing, show the product clearly in the video, highlighting any damages or discrepancies.
          • Submit the unboxing video to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed for return, replacement, or refund.
