Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions

    • "Rewards" refers to the benefits issued by Rclub as listed in the Reward List and/or as communicated from time to time.
  2. Eligibility and Membership

    • Membership in Rclub is voluntary and open to individuals with a valid mailing address in India who are above the age of 18 years and meet the eligibility criteria set by Rclub. These criteria are subject to change.
    • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms.
    • Membership is at the sole discretion of Rclub, which reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without providing a reason.
  3. Reward Points

    • Reward Points are non-transferable.
    • Accumulated points must be used within 12 months from the date of enrollment, or they will expire and be forfeited.
    • Points used to request rewards cannot be reversed or canceled once the request is made.
    • Members should preserve the coupons used for accumulating points as Rclub may ask for these. Failure to provide the coupons may result in the cancellation of the corresponding points.
  4. Information and Communication

    • Members must provide any information required by Rclub from time to time.
    • By registering for the program, members agree to receive SMS, email, and WhatsApp alerts from Rclub, regardless of any prevailing rules and regulations regarding such communications.
  5. Program Modifications and Termination

    • Rclub reserves the right to modify the program, including the terms, features, and benefits, at its sole discretion without prior notice to members.
    • Rclub can terminate the program by giving one month's notice. Upon termination, members have 30 days to use their accumulated points; otherwise, the points will lapse.
  6. Reward Redemption

    • Selection of products for redemption is at the sole discretion of Rclub and is subject to change without notice.
    • Rewards will be delivered within 12 working days on a best-effort basis, but Rclub is not liable for any delays.
    • Rclub is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit before delivery; this responsibility lies with the courier company.
    • If no complaint is received within 30 days of redemption, it is assumed the member has received the item, and no further complaints will be entertained.
  7. Legal and General Provisions

    • Rclub does not accept liability for damage to persons or property caused by rewards redeemed through the program.
    • All logos and trademarks used are owned by their respective companies.
    • Usual charges by telecom service providers for internet and SMS to specified numbers are borne by the consumer/member.
    • Rewards cannot be converted into cash.
    • Deliveries will only be made within India.
    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
  8. Miscellaneous

    • Rclub will not be responsible for non-serviceability due to members moving out of serviced areas.
    • Rclub shall not be liable for issues arising from non-receipt of SMS, email, or WhatsApp messages.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Overview

    • This is a subscription service offered by Rclub. Prices and rewards are subject to change.
  2. Subscription Orders

    • Subscription products will ship automatically based on the selected frequency until canceled. By placing an order, members authorize Rclub to charge their card for future orders.
    • Members can change the frequency or cancel subscriptions at any time through the "My Subscriptions" section of their account.
    • Free delivery is available for all subscription orders.
  3. Product Availability

    • If a subscription product is unavailable on the scheduled dispatch day, Rclub will notify the member of the delay and attempt to fulfill the order every 7 days over a three-week period. If still unavailable, the order will be canceled.
    • If a subscription product becomes permanently unavailable, Rclub will suspend the subscription and notify the member. Members must create a new subscription order if a suitable replacement exists. Customer service may assist in modifying the subscription.
  4. Account Issues

    • If there are issues with the delivery address, account, or payment method that Rclub cannot resolve, the member will be notified via email. The subscription will be placed on hold until the problem is resolved.
  5. Termination and Cancellation

    • Rclub may terminate a subscription at its discretion without notice. Members will only be charged for dispatched orders within 7 working days.
    • Members can cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Otherwise, the subscription will be renewed and charged automatically.
